Have you been through some soul-growing experiences in your perimenopause or menopause journey? Got a story about your perimenopause or menopause years you're longing to share? Menopause Stories is a specialized Soul Story Theater Solo Performance program which focuses on empowering women to share the raw, unedited truth about their menopause journeys.  In this program, you will:

• Transform  challenging experiences with perimenopause/menopause into an empowering narrative.
• Embody your boldest self as you bring forth a meaningful journey you have taken in your life during your perimenopause/ menopause years 
• Step into your authentic voice with the spirit of wild self-expression, wisdom & growth.
• Be invited to reflect, laugh, and cry as you step into your power and embrace the rite of passage of menopause.
• Give and receive support from an ensemble of wise, heartfelt women.
• Create a 5-15 minute solo performance piece that brings healing, empowerment and inspiration for yourself and others.
