Are you a woman who has been through some soul-growing experiences in your life? Do you want to be wildly self-expressed as your weird wonderful wise self? Got a story about your life that you're longing to share onstage? “Moon Stories: Inside the Lives of Women” is a specialized Soul Story Theater Solo Performance program which empowers women to write and perform a life story inspired theater piece which tells the raw truth about their journey through moon cycles, romance, heartbreak, longing to be a mother, motherhood, perimenopause menopause and more.
In this solo performance coaching and performance program, you will:
- Uncover a story that your soul is longing to share
- Connect passionately and playfully to your inner muse and soul wisdom
- Harness skills of wild self-expression through body and voice
- Replace old, depleting victim stories with empowering life-affirming narratives
- Deepen self-understanding and trust in your life path by embracing a personal mythology
- Devise, rehearse and perform a 5-15 minute solo performance inspired by your life experiences
Moon Stories Group Program Dates and Cost
Dates: March 24, 2025 - June 8, 2025
- Zoom rehearsals Mondays March 24 - June 2 from 7:30-9:30pm (PST) *no meetings on May 19 or April 21.
- In person rehearsal April 19 from 1-6pm
- In person rehearsal May 17 from 1-6pm
- 2 X 50 min individual zoom rehearsals with Suraya
- Performance June 8, 2025 at 7pm in San Rafael

Have you been through some soul-growing experiences in your perimenopause or menopause journey? Got a story about your perimenopause or menopause years you're longing to share? Menopause Stories is a specialized Soul Story Theater Solo Performance program which focuses on empowering women to share the raw, unedited truth about their menopause journeys. In this program, you will:
- Transform challenging experiences with perimenopause/menopause into an empowering narrative.
- Embody your boldest self as you bring forth a meaningful journey you have taken in your life during your perimenopause/ menopause years
- Step into your authentic voice with the spirit of wild self-expression, wisdom & growth.
- Be invited to reflect, laugh, and cry as you step into your power and embrace the rite of passage of menopause.
- Give and receive support from an ensemble of wise, heartfelt women.
- Create a 5-15 minute solo performance piece that brings healing, empowerment and inspiration for yourself and others.
Menopause Stories Group Program Dates and Cost
Dates: 13 week program begins September 2025.
*This is a hybrid program with weekly zoom rehearsals, plus 3 in-person rehearsals in San Rafael, CA. Two performance opportunities: one on Zoom and one in San Rafael.
Cost: $550 early bird by August 1, 2025
$650 after August 1, 2025
